The match was the first of three meetings between the two sides in the coming season, with the Biancocelesti having won all three.
Juventino has also won the last three meetings with Lazio, with their first win over the south-west Italian side coming in November 2016.
Gradi’s side are the only side to score a goal against the Bianconiesti in the last two Serie A seasons, with all three wins coming by a single goal.
Gradsi is set to take over from Andrea Marchetti after the pair both had their contracts extended earlier this month.
Juventus have won three consecutive league games for the first time since December, with four wins in the process.
Lazio’s last win over Juve was in September 2015, when the Biancos won 2-0 at the San Siro.
Lazia’s next home game is away to Udinese on March 26, 2019.
